Why be mad at people being mean to you? Why be so hurt that you do something that you'll regret later? Kill them with kindness because guess what? It gets them even madder and finally they learn to stop being so rude and hurtful! If you're nice to most people, have you ever thought that they'll be nice to you in return? They might because there is a world of possibilities and I bet you that at least one if not more people will stand by you when you're down.
Back to Pollyanna for example. Pollyanna was nice to everyone and tried to help people as much as she could! In return, they were nice to her and loved her! When she became depressed and pessimistic, the people were there for her and she ended up feeling better.
Kill them with kindness!
